What we collect

Service provider Collection and Use

Beelert collects information under the direction of its Clients. Beelert has no direct relationship with the individuals whose data it processes. We work with our Clients to help them provide notice to their customers concerning the purpose for which personal data is collected.

Access to Data Controlled by our Clients

Beelert has no direct relationship with the individuals whose data it processes. An individual seeking to amend, correct or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to the individual Beelert client (the data controller). If the client requests that Beelert removes the data, we will respond to the Client request within 30 days.

Data retention

We will retain the personal information that we process for our Clients for as long as needed in order to provide services to our Clients. Amongst others, we retain and use personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, enforce agreements and resolve disputes.

Analytics data

When you visit our website we collect personal as well as non-personal information such as your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address & Geo-location (your permission will be asked once automatically in your browser). This is used to better understand aspects of our visitors such as geography and network provider information. BDL agents will be formally registered. Their contacts subscribing to the Beelert service are customers of BDL. BDL agents agree that they have the required permission to disclose their contacts email addresses and names for this purpose.
